(sopa) não muito cheia de margarina c/ sal;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 copo (requeijão) e meio de leite;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;4 ovos grandes;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 colh.(sopa) bem cheia de fermento em pó;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;7 colh. (sopa) de chocolate em pó ou achocolatado nescau;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;1/2 copo (requeijão) de açúcar;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;2 copo (requeijão) de farinha de trigo;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bata as claras em neve, acrescente as gemas e em seguida a margarina, deixe bater até virar uma pasta (não pode parar de bater).Colocar o açúcar, bater mais um pouco. Vá colocando o restante dos ingredientes. Reserve.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pique umas 10 ameixas sem caroço, coco ralado em fruta e faça uma calda com agua e açúcar. Na verdade nesse tempinho que venho blogando e testando algumas receitinhas, posso dizer com clareza que as melhores receitas não são as petit gâteau, brûlée, sauté e não sei mais o quê da vida. Mas, as melhores apreciações culinárias, são aquelas que você faz uma vez, duas vez, três vez...e não enjoa, tipo feijão com arroz, macarrão com carne moída, torta de liquidificador, pudim de leite moça, lasanha... porque tudo na vida nós queremos que seja bom, agradável, mas tem que ser fácil, prático, principalmente na vida corrida e desgastante em que vivemos. Dê uma ligeira batida apenas para desmanchar as gemas. Junte o açúcar e bata na batedeira por cerca de 15 minutos, em velocidade alta até ficar uma espuma clara e volumosa. A massa tem que ficar bem incorporada, que dê para desenhar um 8 e não desmanche. Abaixe a velocidade da batedeira para o mínimo e bata por mais 1 minuto. Isto deixa a massa uniforme e sem grandes bolhas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Peneire metade da farinha e misture delicadamente. Peneire o resto da farinha e misture mais um pouco. Espalhe o leite sobre a massa e misture tudo bem, mas delicadamente. Este bolo não leva fermento, ele cresce e se mantém fofinho apenas com os ovos batidos. Misture a massa até que ela caia da colher formando fitas, se cair num pelotão, misture mais um pouco. Tome cuidado para não misturar demais, pois a massa ficará pesada e não crescerá.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Despeja a massa na assadeira e espalhe uniformemente.Acerte a superfície e dê algumas pancadinhas no fundo para tirar o ar. Leva ao forno para assar por 20 a 30 minutos, ou até que fique levemente dourado na superfície.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Retire do forno, deixe esfriando numa grelha.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Calda para regar o o bolo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Levar ao fogo, 1/4 de xícara de açúcar com 1/2 xícara de água.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Deixe ferver e dissolver todo o açúcar. Tire do fogo e deixe esfriar. Junte licor de frutas (Cointreau)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Recheio de Cream Cheese&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 300 g de cream cheese&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1/2 colher (chá) de suco de limão&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 60 g de açúcar de confeiteiro&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 colher (chá) de essência de baunilha&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 250 g de creme de leite fresco&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bata o cream cheese, adicione o limão, o açúcar de confeiteiro e a baunilha.Reserve. À parte, bata o creme deleite fresco até obter picos moles. Junte as duas misturas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Passe uma generosa camada desse creme sobre as fatias de bolo, umedecidos com a calda. Espalhe as frutas picadas, exemplo: kiwui , morangos e frutas vermelhas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cobertura&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: 500 ml de creme de leite, batido em chantilly&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Decoração&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: Frutas frescas, chocolate meio amargo para fazer as asas do bolo ( desenhe asas sobre o papel manteiga, e coloque pra gelar, aí é so encaixar)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5331424195633072226" style="DISPLAY: block; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Esse bolo aí de cima, é de caixinha ou de saquinho, a questão é que eu quis dar essa dica prática pra vocês.Normalmente quando a gente faz bolo de caixinha, ele fica saboroso, mas... às vezes fica baixo e pior meio massudo, então para aqueles dias rápidos que não temos tempo pra nada, normalmente é quase todos né rsrs....A dica é a seguinte, você pega aqueles três ovos que a receita pede e bata as claras em neve, pronto fica muito parecido com o bolo da vovó...no meu que fiz, coloquei uma calda que vai 2 collheres (sopa) de suco de limão, 3 colheres (sopa) de suco de laranja, e acrescnta 1 xícara e meia de açúcar, bata bem no liquidificador e jogue por cima do bolo ainda quente.Este bolinho vai muito bem com um cafezinho feito na hora.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5291965383882471730" style="DISPLAY: block; style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-azeite&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-cebolas em rodelas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-sal quanto baste&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-queijo ralado&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cozinhe os legumes picados à seu gosto com sal,separadamente (o ideal é que eles fiquem "al dente"),feito isso coloque-os em um refratário levemente untado com azeite.À parte, faça a carne moída refogada.Em seguida junte a carne moída aos legumes,acrescente a salsinha, bacon frito e cebolas em rodelas.Regue tudo com azeite.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Leve ao forno, e após gratinar acrescente queijo ralado à gosto. misture a margarina com a farinha.Depois coloque o ovo e mexa com as pontas do dedo,até que tudo esteja uniforme.Coloque a massa num saco plástico ou papel filme e deixe na geladeira por uma pó&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;*Modo de fazer: Comece pela calda,derreta o açúcar na forma,quando estiver dourado coloque meia xícara de suco de laranja.Espere esfriar e reserve.Faça o pudim,bata no liquidificador,o leite condensado o leite e os ovos (tirado a pelinha),e o chocolate em pó.Bata até obter uma mistura homogênea,coloque na forma,cubra com papel alumínio.Leve ao forno 180 graus,em style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Frango&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;:para deixar o frango ainda mais saudável e leve, faça uma "escaldação" antes,ferva água com 1 cálice de limão e 1 cálice de cachaça,passe rapidamente os pedaços de frango por esta mistura,tire e use o a seu gosto.&lt;br /&gt;P.S: Isso serve para coxas, sobrecoxas,asas e até o peito de frango.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Batatas fritas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: quer deixar mais crocantes,não vai fazer milagres e nem parecer com as do fast food,mas fica bem melhor.Lave as batata seque e enxugue,em seguida corte as em palitos (com a casca mesmo),coloque óleo na panela(não precisa ser muito).Liga o fogo e logo em seguida coloque toda a batata (o óleo não precisa estar quente),dai esqueça da batata,não precisa virar,deixa fritando,quando estiver dourada é so tirar e escorrer no papel absorvente.&lt;br /&gt;Você vai perceber que a batata vai esta bem juntinha,isso é normal,espere esfriar um pouco e so ai coloque o sal a gosto,se colocar o sal na hora que tirar do óleo a batata vai ficar murcha e pesadona.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Quiabo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: é gostoso e saudável,porém a baba...Uma boa dica é,lave e enxugue o quiabo,corte em rodelas,você tem duas opções de dica,ou você aqueça bem o óleo e em seguida da uma assustada rápida nele ou cozinhe em água com limão ou vinagre,com isso a baba sai mesmo!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Bolo Pão de Ló&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: Experimente untar apenas o fundo da assadeira,deixando as bordas sem untar.(Isso só vale para massa pão de ló.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Bolo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;:Se o seu bolo anda saindo borrachudo e baixo,essa dica é valiosa.Coloque a massa para assar ,não esqueça de pré aquecer o forno,deixe o tempo certo que está indicando a receita,com a temperatura do forno também a que esta na receita.E por favor evite de dar aquela furadinha básica com o palito.Para saber se o bolo esta bom você vai sentir aquele "cheirinho" maravilhoso de bolo pela casa e outra coisa,espie pela porta do forno a cor dourada.Feito isso,desligue o forno e espere uns 20 minutos para tira lo.&lt;br /&gt;Tente fazer isso e vai notar a diferença.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Ovos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;: Sempre quando vai se usar o ovo na receita,tem sempre que coar a famosa "pelinha" da gema,e isso demora,porém vou dar a minha própria dica, quebre os ovos separadamente num outro recipiente,com as pontas dos dedos,limpas,tire a película que envolve a gema,pegou a pelinha ,pronto,ja pode usar na sua receita,sem receio.&lt;br maravilhoso e cheio de coisa boa que é o &lt;a href="http://cafezinhodascinco.blogspot.com/"&gt;"cafezinho das cinco"...&lt;/a&gt;como eu fiz este bolo(da foto acima),vou deixar aqui a receita e minha aprovação!!!!! Façam... vale a pena é muitoooo prática esta receita.Ele fica levinho e não é muito doce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#ff9900;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff9900;"&gt;Bolo de maçã : 2 1/2 xicaras (cha) de farinha de trigo;2 xicaras (cha) de açucar; 3 ovos; 1 xicara(cha) de óleo; 1 xicara (cha) de suco de laranja; 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó; 2 maçãs cascadas e fatiadas; farinha de trigo e maragarina para untar; açucar e canela para polvilhar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff9900;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff9900;"&gt;Modo de fazer:No liquidificador ,bata todos os ingredientes,menos a maçã e o fermento em pó.Em uma tigela coloque as maçãs,a massa do liquidificador e o fermento e misture bem com uma colher de pau.Despeje a massa em uma forma redonda untada e enfarinhada,e leve ao forno pré a quecido,até que, ao enfiar um palito, ele saia limpo.Desemforme e polvilhe com açucar e canelas misturados.
